| The Part of You That No One Sees |
You are balanced, peaceful, and sincere. You're the type of person who goes along to get along. And you're definitely afraid of rocking the boat. Underneath it all, you fear your world falling apart. You'll put up with a situation that you don't like in fear of changing it. Disruptive and forceful people intimidate you - and sometimes exploit you. |

haircut
prima di tutto, i want to greet every woman in the world a very happy women's day! t'was like an ordinary day for me. nothing special happened.
yesterday, i thought what if I'll cut my hair because I'm so tired of managing my hair. it's really a long, unmanageable and full of split ends. yuck! it started when i had a rebond in the Philippines. i paid 5k pesos for that kind of thing. t'was okay at first but as time passes by my hair gets bad...and worse... and worst!!! waaah! i talked to my husband and asked him if it's OK for him if I'll have a haircut. not only a trim but i want it really short. he said it's okay but he's afraid coz i might not like it in the end. well, whatever the outcome will be whether I'll look funny or ugly, i doesn't matter to me. all i want is for me to be comfortable.
so, after talking to him, i waited for my mom to rest and we went right away to a parlor owned by a Chinese coz it's cheaper. it's only 8 euro while the Italian-owned parlors would cost you a minimum 25 euro just for a haircut and shampoo. duh! praktikal na ako ngayon noh! anyway, the Chinese girl who cut my hair was very hard headed coz she kept on insisting the hairstyle that she wanna do for me. it's a bit long. i told her i want a short one. so, she cut my hair but she wasn't able to do the hairstyle that i wanted. ok lang yun, what's important is short-haired na ako. yahoooo!
the funny thing is, my baby zoie didn't recognize me when she saw me. she glanced at me a lot of times with a who-is-that-woman-with-a-short-hair look and didn't even smile at me. mamma mia! but after a few minutes, she came at me and gave me a kiss. maybe she realized, "ay nanay ko pala yun." hehehehehe.
buona notte....

another day is over
another day is over. i think t'was a great day for me. woke up at around 10 and cleaned the house rightaway. had our lunch at 1 pm, as usual, coz papa will be have a one-hour and i don't want him to be disturbed. after eating, zoie and i went out to have a walk at the park near our place. we don't usually go here because i was too lazy to go out but zoie needs to breathe fresh air and i don't want her to stay inside the house the whole day. so, i decided and swore to take her to the park everyday. that means waking up a bit early coz we usually wake up before 1pm before. but that's okay because it's for zoie's sake.
so, we had a walk at the park. i've been here only once and during that time we only stayed at the playground. the place is huge, so, i decided to explore the place and guess what, we found a very nice fountain at the other end of the park! wow! zoie was really amazed (hehehehe) and happy and contented, of course. we stayed there for quite a while and afterwhich, we decided to go back to the other end which is a more or less 150 meters from the fountain. zoie walked with me, helping me to push her stroller. this is the very first time that i saw her really enjoying. i feel so happy. i shoul've took her here before. she was too tired that is why when we got home, she slept rightaway.
i worked for only three hours today. for 9pm to 12 midnight. t'was boring coz it's raining and only a few people came to eat. since there's only a few customers, hycel, our manager, and i had a time to have a li'l chit chat.. we talked about a lot of things such as our work, friends, colleagues, life, places, love life and a lot more. i feel so glad coz she trusted me with some of her secrets. don't worry friend, what we talked about are just between the two of us. nothing will be revealed, i promise. =)
checked out my husband's friendster account a few minutes ago and his friend, jonas, is offering a job for him in korea, that is to be one of their band vocalists. i don't know what my husband's decision about it yet but whatever his decision may be, i'll support him. i'll update you about it on my next blog entries.
so the day's over... winter is almost over without me seeing the snow fall but i don't care. it's nice to see the snow fall from the sky but honestly, i don't like it coz it's so cold and the roads are slippery.
yehey!! it spring is yet to come! my favorite season!
i'm outta here now.
ciao! buona notte!

never give up
i just wanna repost this one from my multiply site. got this from tita honeyleen. sorry wan't able to ask for your permission when i reposted it at my site. i also posted my friends' comments from my site. here it goes...
one day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. the animal cried for hours as the farmer tries to figure out what to do.
finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.
he invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. they all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well.
at first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. then, to everyone's amazement, he quieted down. a few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. he was ashtonished at what he saw. with each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. he would shake it off and take a step up.
as the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. pretty soon everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!
life's going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. the trick of getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. each of our troubles is a steppingstone. we can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! shake it off and take a step up.

can't sleep
it's already 2.45 am and still im not yet asleep. just done reading my friends' blogs and suddenly i realized that blogging is a nice way to express one's self. nice way to write everything around you. people, places, ocassions... everything... write what you feel whether it is good or bad. so, i told myself, why won't i start blogging, too. i'll write whatever will pop out of my mind and i don't care what would other people say. but of course i'll be very careful coz i don't wanna hurt anybody and i don't want them to hurt me too coz im a very sensitive person.
from now on, i'll see to it that i'll write a blog, as much as possible, everyday coz i wanna update everyone what's happening with me. yes, yes, you might not be interested but what about the others? besides, it's also a good way for me to remember what had happened in the past, what's happening in the present and will be happening in the future.
i warn you, i'm not a good writer that is why i was really hesistant at first to write. i'm not also fluent in english. not even in italian. tagalog lang (lols)... so, please bear with me if i'll be committing mistakes when it comes to writing.
so, it started this way. i think i started in a good way. i did write everything that popped out of my mind from the moment i started this blog. hope to see some of your comments soon. god bless you all!
